authorcheriCheri Shanti, BA, is an author, percussionist, and personal coach specializing in women’s empowerment.  With over 25 years of experience, she uses dance, rhythm, travel and coaching to support the soul path of individuals and communities.  She is the founder of Wild & Wise lifestyle design coaching and retreat programs as well as Breath of Cuba travel experience.  She speaks Spanish as a second language and is an expert guide.

Integrating self-development, spiritual teachings, self-inquiry and time in nature, Cheri offers individual mentoring and online workshops.  She has recorded five CDs and has shared the stage with String Cheese Incident, Royel Wooten of the Flecktones, The Motet, and others. Publications include Activate Your Mastery, The Breath of Cuba, and Muse Power.

She also mentors by using a combination of self inquiry, meditation, yoga, and time in nature to create an authentic spiritual path that is free of the guru trip, and puts the empowerment of the individual front and center.
